EEOC Renders Decision 

Reasonable Cause to Believe Discrimination has occured EEOC accepts the case and attempts Conciliation on your behalf. If no agreement can be reached, your complaint may be dismissed.The EEOC may also choose to file a Lawsuit on your behalf or Refer your complaint to another agency if appropriate.   No Reasonable Cause to Believe that Discrimination has occurredEEOC finds no reasonable cause to believe that Discrimination has occurred and sends a Dismissal and Notice of Right to Sue Letter
